Job summary

Skycare is seeking a Registered Nurse for a nursing home near Luton. Flexible day and night shifts available. Roles cover full-time or part-time positions in an 80-bed facility just outside central Luton. £18 per hour, with paid breaks, and a supportive team committed to dignity and person-centered care.

Candidates should have UK NMC PIN and experience in elderly care; induction, ongoing development, and potential career progression are provided.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current UK NMC PIN.
• Experience delivering elderly care with compassion.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Able to work flexibly across day and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assess health problems and needs, develop and implement care plans.
• Administer nursing care to residents and maintain medical records.
• Manage medications and monitor vital signs.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and families to support residents.
