Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a Registered Nurse within a nursing home setting.
- Active NMC PIN.
- Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to delivering high-quality resident care.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines.
- Monitor residents' health and respond promptly to changes in condition or emergencies.
- Maintain accurate care records and complete effective handovers.
- Support, guide and supervise care staff on shift.
- Promote high standards of clinical care and resident wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with the wider care team to ensure residents receive person-centred care.

The home provides high-quality nursing, dementia and residential care and is currently under new management. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join a supportive team and contribute to maintaining high standards of clinical care.
