Job summary

Healthcare Clinical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a well-established nursing home in Wolverhampton. You will provide high-quality, resident-centred care under supportive management and strong clinical supervision.

Role includes day shifts, 36 hours per week, and an hourly salary of £19–£20 with a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing CPD opportunities.

Qualifications

Proven experience working as a Registered Nurse within a nursing home setting.
Active NMC PIN.
Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to delivering high-quality resident care.
Good communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines.
Monitor residents' health and respond promptly to changes in condition or emergencies.
Maintain accurate care records and complete effective handovers.
Support, guide and supervise care staff on shift.
Promote high standards of clinical care and resident wellbeing.
Work collaboratively with the wider care team to ensure residents receive person-centred care.
