Nurse Seekers Ltd on behalf of a well-established care home in Birmingham is recruiting a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to deliver high-quality clinical care to residents. You will work in a supportive environment with opportunities to lead and develop the care team.

The role requires current NMC registration, experience in care homes, and a passion for elderly care. Competitive salary £20.55 per hour, full-time or part-time, permanent contract, with pension and DBS paid.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration (RGN/RMN) with no restrictions.
• Experience in a care home, nursing home, or similar clinical setting preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Genuine passion for delivering high-quality elderly or specialist care.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care to residents
• Carry out clinical assessments, care planning, and reviews
• Administer medications in line with NMC guidelines and home policies
• Supervise and support care assistants and junior staff
• Liaise with GPs, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
• Respond to emergencies and escalation concerns appropriately
• Promote residents' dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times
