Job summary

DaVita UK is seeking a Staff Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centred haemodialysis care. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, providing safe dialysis in line with prescriptions and supporting colleagues.

The role requires an Adult Nursing Degree, NMC registration, and a DBS check. We offer a collaborative, multinational environment with a strong focus on community and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with NMC registration.
• Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high standard of individualised care while promoting patient-focused care.

• Promote and demonstrate effective communication with patients, users and providers.

• Demonstrate commitment to evidence-based practice and assist in evaluating evidence to improve patient care.

Staff nurses are responsible for the delivery of high standards of holistic care and service to the patients using the nursing model implemented on the unit by providing safe haemodialysis treatment as per the prescription.,
