Job summary

Diaverum Havant Dialysis Unit is seeking a dedicated renal nurse to provide patient-centered care in a busy dialysis environment. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and build meaningful patient relationships.

The role features an 8-week supernumerary training period, on-the-job training, and access to in-house education through the Academy, with ongoing support from Clinical Leads to foster career growth.

Qualifications

• NMC registration or on track to qualify.
• Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Job description

We have an exciting opportunity in our Havant clinic for a nurse who wants to make a difference in our patients lives. You will provide patient care according to Diaverum procedures with the aim to increase the quality of life for our patients. A comprehensive professional training programme will be provided to you, including on-the-job training, e-learning and access to our in-house education programmed Academy., You will be responsible for taking ownership of care programmes for renal patients, following the tailored care plans as per Consultant instructions and ensuring clinical activity is appropriately documented in the patient medical record. Further responsibilities include but are not limited to preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems in line with Diaveurm processes; reviewing pre and post haemodialysis care with patients; working in a multi-disciplinary team etc,
