Job summary

Diaverum UK is seeking a registered nurse to join our renal dialysis team at the Great Bridge unit. The role offers a 37.5 hour week, with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio and comprehensive training during an 8-week supernumerary period.

You will develop and oversee care plans, monitor dialysis equipment, and work within a supportive MDT to deliver holistic, patient-centred care.

Qualifications

• NMC Registered General Nurse or due to qualify soon.
• Familiar with the NMC code of professional conduct.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.

Responsibilities

• Developing and overseeing care plans for renal patients.
