Job summary

DaVita UK is seeking a Staff Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centred haemodialysis care. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, providing safe dialysis in line with prescriptions and supporting colleagues.

The role requires an Adult Nursing Degree, NMC registration, and a DBS check. We offer a collaborative, multinational environment with a strong focus on community and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with NMC registration.
• Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high standard of individualised care while promoting patient-focused care.
• Provide safe haemodialysis treatment in line with patient prescription.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and with external organisations and hospital trusts.
• Promote and demonstrate effective communication with patients, users and providers.
• Adhere to procedures, guidelines and policies and assist in implementation and review.
• Continuously develop knowledge and skills relevant to delivering high standard care.
• Demonstrate commitment to evidence-based practice and assist in evaluating evidence to improve patient care.
