Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Thetford is seeking a committed Registered Nurse to join an exceptional care home providing general and dementia care. You will work on day or night shifts, delivering high-quality nursing care to residents.

You must hold a current NMC pin and be able to assess needs, administer medications, and contribute to care planning in collaboration with families and health professionals.

Qualifications

• Qualified Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN.
• Experience in a care setting preferred.
• Good team player with strong time management and leadership skills.
• Able to demonstrate a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assess residents' needs and priorities of care.
• Administer medications and treatments per NMC guidelines and policy.
• Ensure care plans are completed and maintained with residents and families.
• Report ill-health and arrange GP/professional visits when needed.

A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional care home based in the Thetford, Norfolk area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This is a purpose built care home designed for older people requiring general or dementia residential and nursing care

To be considered for this role you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

As a Nurse your key duties include:

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care.
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting
• A good team player
• Well-developed time management and leadership skills
• Able to show a can-do attitude always

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £21.50 - £22.50 per hour - Pay frequency is monthly. We currently have permanent vacancies for both days and night shifts available. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
