Jupiter Recruitment is assisting a leading care provider in the Wroxham, Norwich area to recruit a Registered Nurse. You will join a warm, person-centred team delivering standard nursing and dementia care in a homely setting.

The role requires a current NMC PIN and registration as a Registered Nurse. The post offers days and night shifts with a competitive hourly rate and extensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and priorities of care.
• Administer medications and treatments per NMC guidelines and policy.
• Ensure care plans are completed and updated with residents, relatives and other health care professionals.
• Report ill-health and arrange GP/professional visits when required.

A fantastic job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Wroxham, Norwich area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This nursing home offers nursing and dementia care, with a warm and homely person-centred approach from a stable and professional team

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

As a Nurse your key duties include:

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting
• A good team player
• Able to show a can-do attitude always
• Well-developed time management and leadership skills
