Job summary

Bradbury House is seeking a registered nurse to assess, plan, deliver and evaluate personalised care plans for residents with complex needs. You will lead a small care team, administer medicines safely and provide nursing support in line with NMC guidelines.

This role requires flexibility, including weekend work and on-call. We offer induction, training and ongoing professional development in a home-like environment designed for 24 residents with diverse needs.

Qualifications

  • NMC registration essential.
  • Experience in disability or complex care advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and on-call.

Job description

Enhanced pay: £1.00 per hour will only apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.
