We pride ourselves on creating a safe, welcoming and empowering environment where every day brings new opportunities – whether that’s celebrating a personal milestone, supporting a medical need, or helping someone achieve more independence.

We offer full-time hours. You will need to be flexible to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota.

Typical shifts may include:

  • Day shifts: 7:00am - 7:30pm

We’ll work with you to agree a pattern that suits the service and your availability.

  • 33days holiday per annum inclusive of bank holidays
  • Stream: Access up to 40% of your pay before payday!

  • Health cash plan: Affordable healthcare at your fingertips
  • Career Development: Opportunities for apprenticeships and recognised qualifications
  • Free DBS check
  • Employee Assistance Programme: Support when you need it most, plus so much more!

Enhanced pay: £1.00 per hour will only apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.
