Job summary

Leonard Cheshire’s Bradbury House in North East England is seeking compassionate nurses on an hourly rate of £21.00. You’ll deliver person-centred care to residents with complex disabilities and work within a supportive, multidisciplinary team.

Day and night shifts are available with occasional hours to suit service needs. You’ll receive induction, ongoing development, and a generous benefits package, including pension, DBS, health plans, and 33 days holiday.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, professional nursing approach with person-centred care.
• Strong leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and on-call shifts.
• Experience in disability, residential or complex care nursing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate personalised care plans.
• Lead, supervise and support care staff.
• Administer medicines safely and accurately.
• Provide nursing support in line with NMC guidelines.
• Monitor health and wellbeing and respond to changes.
• Support daily living tasks, promoting independence and dignity.
