Our Seven Rivers service supports adults with physical disabilities. We pride ourselves on creating a safe, welcoming and empowering environment where every day brings new opportunities – whether that’s celebrating a personal milestone, supporting a medical need, or helping someone achieve more independence.

We offer 18 hours per week.

You’ll need to be flexible to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota.

Typical shifts may include:

• Day shifts: [e.g. 7:30am- 8pm, 7:30am - 2pm, 2pm - 8pm]

We’ll work with you to agree a pattern that suits the service and your availability.

Enhanced pay: £1.00 per hour will only apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.

What you’ll do

• Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate personalised care plans
• Lead, supervise and support a team of care staff
• Administer and manage medicines safely
• Provide nursing support in line with NMC guidelines and best practice
• Monitor health and wellbeing, responding quickly to any changes
• Support daily living tasks, promoting independence, dignity and choice
• Liaise with families, health professionals and other agencies
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirements

Whether you’re newly qualified or have years of experience, you’ll receive full induction, training, and ongoing professional development.
