City Health Care Partnership CIC in Beverley seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN) to assess, plan, deliver and evaluate nursing care for groups of patients in Integrated Community Services. You will ensure safe, compassionate, person-centred care while supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive patient experience.
The role requires recent nursing experience, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
Working with a supportive nursing team, you’ll deliver high-quality care that helps patients recover, maintain independence and achieve the best possible outcomes. Based within Integrated Community Services, you will play an important role in providing safe, compassionate and person-centred care while supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive patient experience. You’ll assess patient needs, plan and deliver care, and help ensure services run smoothly during each shift.
