City Health Care Partnership CIC (CHCP CIC) is seeking a rehabilitation support role within the Stroke Therapy Team. You will help people recovering from stroke regain independence and quality of life, working alongside occupational therapists, physiotherapists and other health professionals.

Working with the Stroke Therapy Team, you’ll support people recovering from stroke so that they can regain independence, confidence and quality of life. You'll play an important role in delivering rehabilitation programmes and helping patients achieve their personal goals.
As part of a friendly multidisciplinary team, you’ll work alongside Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech and Language Therapists, nurses and other healthcare professionals. This role combines hands‑on patient care with the opportunity to develop specialist rehabilitation skills while making a meaningful difference to patients and their families
