City Health Care Partnership CIC (CHCP CIC) is seeking a Clinical Practice Teacher for the North Community nursing team. You will plan and deliver education for pre- and post-registration learners, monitor complex patient needs, and manage a community caseload with a focus on safe, evidence-based care.
The role requires a Registered General Nurse with teaching or practice educator qualifications, plus experience in education, clinical leadership and supervision.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the North Community nursing team as a clinical practice Teacher. The post holder will be responsible for day-to-day clinical management of the team and will liaise and work with the Clinical Team Leader to ensure an integrated and organised approach to safe effective patient care delivery and operational service delivery.
