This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed RMN Nurse: CAMHS or CAMHS Eating Disorders to work in an exceptional mental health hospital in South West London. The facility is one of the UK's leading mental health treatment centres, providing high-quality care for conditions including addictions, depression, anxiety, stress, and eating disorders.

Requirements: Must be a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse with an active NMC Pin.

Key Duties:

• Develop and communicate patient care plans, ensuring documentation is up-to-date
• Communicate concerns regarding patient care effectively
• Deputise for the Ward Manager as needed
• Support and supervise junior staff
• Assist in developing and implementing new services
• Manage assessments and care plans, maintaining high standards of patient care

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• CPD evidence
• Positive attitude towards change and quality improvement
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of NMC standards and guidelines
• Understanding of the Mental Health Act and Code of Practice

Salary and Benefits:

£39,176 - £41,596 per annum, with options for day and night shifts. Benefits include:
