Minimum Requirements

To be considered, you must be a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse with an active NMC Pin.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate comprehensive patient care plans, ensuring all documentation such as CPA and risk assessments is current.
• Communicate effectively regarding patient care concerns.
• Deputise for the Ward Manager and Deputy in staffing and clinical management.
• Support and supervise junior staff members.
• Assist regional management in developing new services.
• Assess, implement, and evaluate individual care plans to maintain high standards of patient care.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Evidence of ongoing professional development post-registration.
• A positive attitude towards change and quality improvement.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of NMC standards, guidelines, and the Mental Health Act.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a salary between GBP39,176 and GBP41,596 per annum, with options for day or night shifts. Benefits include:
