Role: Mental Health Nurse / Learning Disability Nurse
Requirements: Registered Nurse Qualification (RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN; team player; effective communicator; organized and able to prioritize.
Responsibilities: Assess and monitor patient needs, plan care, develop behavioral support plans, participate in multidisciplinary teams, administer medications.
