Job summary

Persona Care and Support is seeking a Registered Manager for our Supported Living services in Bury. You will lead operations, ensure compliance with CQC standards and drive continuous service improvement to meet individual goals with dignity and choice.

The role requires strategic leadership coupled with hands-on delivery, guiding a team through change and delivering high-quality, person-centred care. 37 hours per week, with progression on induction and registration milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Supported Living services with knowledge of CQC requirements.
• Strong leadership and change management abilities.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the effective leadership, compliance, quality and performance of our Supported Living services.
• Ensure the people we support receive outstanding care that meets their needs and goals.
• Cultivate a positive, high-performing culture and empower staff through development.
• Lead from the front with support from the senior leadership team and drive service improvement.
