Job summary

Agincare is hiring a Registered Manager to lead supported living services across the East Midlands, with offices in Leicester. You will drive quality, person-centred care and regulatory compliance, overseeing multiple locations and teams.

The role involves managing stakeholders, safeguarding, audits and continuous improvement to achieve positive outcomes for people supported. A solid management background in adult social care and CQC regulations is essential.

Qualifications

• Needs to be a Registered Manager with experience in supported living or similar settings.
• Experience of leading multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple sites is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulatory framework and compliance expectations.
• Demonstrates ability to deliver person-centred support and outcomes for adults with learning disabilities or autism.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop service teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
• Oversee recruitment, induction, supervision and performance management of staff.
• Monitor service performance, audit quality and implement continuous improvement actions.
• Maintain robust risk assessments and safeguarding processes across all locations.
• Build and sustain partnerships with families, social workers, commissioners and providers to drive growth and quality.
