Job summary

Compass Associates are supporting a values-led provider of adult social care in Barnsley to appoint a Registered Manager for their residential and supported living services.

You will lead a settled team across multiple nearby services, ensure high-quality, person-centred care, and ensure compliance with CQC standards for positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Registered Manager in adult social care (Supported Living/Residential).
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection processes.
• Commitment to person-centred care and safeguarding.
