Job summary

Liaise in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Registered Manager to oversee care delivery, supervise staff, and ensure the highest standards of support for people we assist. You will liaise with CQC and monitor clinical needs, ensuring compliance and quality in every facet of service delivery.

The role requires a health and social care degree or management qualification, a clear enhanced DBS, and experience working with Social Services and Local Authorities.

Qualifications

• A health and social care degree or management qualification is required.
• Clear enhanced DBS is mandatory.
• Experience with Social Services and Local Authorities is essential.
• Strong knowledge of CQC and current legislation.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Formulation of support plans.
• Writing residential core assessments and pathway plans.
• Direct work with people we support and families to assess risks.
• Day-to-day running of projects, policies, procedures, finance and administration.
• Managing and working with budgets.
• Maintain up-to-date manual and electronic records and databases.
