Job summary

Radis Community Care in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a Registered Service Manager for our six-bed supported living service. You will lead a dedicated team, ensure high standards of care, and build personalised support plans in collaboration with families and professionals.

The role requires substantial care experience with learning disabilities, NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care with ambition to progress to Level 5, strong leadership, and good IT skills. Sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Substantial background in providing care for vulnerable adults with learning disabilities.
• NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care with willingness to work towards Level 5.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work with CQC and large teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote a caring environment where residents thrive.
• Ensure compliance with company, local, and national standards and oversee quality assurance activities.
• Support the Area Manager in assessing referrals and developing personalised support plans with families and professionals.
• Roster management to ensure optimal coverage and efficient deployment.
