Job summary

Portman Recruitment is supporting a client in recruiting a Registered Manager for children's homes in the UK. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, ensure safeguarding and Ofsted compliance, and drive high-quality care for young people with SEMH needs.

Qualifications

• Experience managing an Ofsted-rated Good or Outstanding children's home.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) is required.
• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the home and ensure compliance with Ofsted standards.
• Lead a high-quality children's home to deliver care, stability and support for young people.
• Assess referrals and contribute to ongoing service development and staff development.
