Job summary

TDA care solutions in Felixstowe, Suffolk, is seeking an experienced Registered Manager for a multi-gender, 3-bedroom Therapeutic SEMH home. Salary £50,000–£55,000 per year depending on experience; higher for experienced managers with two Good or Outstanding OFSTED reports in a registered SEMH/MD home.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with a 1 in 10 days on-call rota and extra pay for on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading therapeutic SEMH or MD homes.
• Ability to monitor safeguarding, quality of care, financial performance, incidents and complaints.
• Strong leadership and a genuine commitment to child-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and day-to-day management of the home.
• Ensure robust systems to monitor safeguarding, quality of care and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and support staff to deliver high-quality care and build positive relationships with young people.
