Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions Ltd in Nuneaton is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a brand-new children's home with a therapeutic, outcomes-focused approach. You will oversee operations, safeguarding, and Ofsted readiness while building a high-performing team and strong partnerships with authorities.

The role offers up to £60,000 salary plus a £3,000 annual performance bonus, with a focus on delivering outstanding outcomes for children and young people.

Qualifications

• Experience within children's residential care.
• Experience supporting children with SEMH needs.
• Sound knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
• Leadership or management experience within a residential childcare setting.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Leading the day-to-day operation of the home.
• Preparing for and maintaining Ofsted registration and compliance.
• Developing and leading a high-performing team.
• Creating a positive culture focused on outcomes and safeguarding.
• Maintaining high standards of care and practice.
• Building positive relationships with local authorities and professionals.
• Managing budgets, safeguarding, staffing, and occupancy.
• Driving continuous improvement and quality assurance.
