Job summary

Witherslack Group in England seeks a Registered Manager for a children's home. You will lead day-to-day operations, safeguarding, and Ofsted compliance while supporting a dedicated staff team to improve outcomes for young people.

You will manage referrals and create a safe, nurturing environment, driving continuous improvement and staff development. The package includes a competitive base salary with bonuses and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience managing an Ofsted rated Good or Outstanding children’s home.
• A committed and enthusiastic leader with a passion to make a difference.
• Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
• A full UK driving licence which you’ve held for at least 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations in the home.
• Ensure Ofsted requirements are met.
• Lead and motivate staff to support young people.
• Handle referrals and maintain a safe, caring environment.
