Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions is seeking a Registered Manager to launch and lead a brand-new SEMH children's home in Nuneaton. You will establish operations, recruit and develop your own team, and shape the culture from day one, creating a safe, supportive environment for children.

You will ensure Ofsted readiness, oversee safeguarding and risk management, manage budgets and occupancy, and build strong working relationships with local authorities, while enjoying strong leadership support and clear

Qualifications

Experience in children's residential care.
Strong understanding of SEMH and trauma-informed practice.
Excellent knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
Leadership or management experience within a residential childcare setting.
Strong safeguarding knowledge.
Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

Leading the day-to-day operation of the home.
Maintaining full Ofsted compliance.
Recruiting, developing and retaining a skilled staff team.
Creating a positive and child-focused culture.
Managing safeguarding and risk management processes.
Building strong relationships with local authorities and external professionals.
Managing budgets, occupancy and performance.
Driving quality assurance and continuous improvement.
Preparing the home for successful Ofsted inspections.
