Brook Street is seeking a Registered Manager in Bampton to lead a children's home for young people with SEMH needs. The position offers a salary package up to £79,185 plus a generous bonus scheme and benefits. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a children's home rated Good or Outstanding by Ofsted, hold a Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare, and possess strong leadership skills. You'll support staff development and maintain a nurturing environment for the children in care.
