Experience does not necessarily need to come from an acute hospital environment. Applications are welcomed from suitably experienced managers from nursing, dentistry, primary care, independent healthcare, hospitals or other appropriate CQC-regulated healthcare settings.
Experience within private healthcare, independent hospitals, surgical/day-case services or elective healthcare would be particularly advantageous. Experience of consultant onboarding, practising privileges, healthcare facilities management and business continuity would also be beneficial.
£45,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience and expertise, together with a performance-related bonus scheme.
The position is primarily site-based in the Bristol area and includes participation in an out-of-hours on-call rota.
If you are an experienced CQC Registered Manager or senior healthcare manager looking for a role where you can have genuine influence, ownership and the opportunity to help develop a growing healthcare service, we would like to hear from you.
