Job summary

Altogether Care is seeking a Registered Manager to lead the Bath team, overseeing services across Bath and North Somerset, ensuring person-centred care and compliance with CQC standards.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, based at our Bath registered office. Salary £38,000 depending on experience and qualifications; benefits include funded induction, career development, mileage allowance and pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be working towards a Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification.
• Demonstrated management experience in learning disability or domiciliary care.
• Solid knowledge of CQC fundamental standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for day-to-day running of the Registered Office and local offices.
• Lead and manage services supporting people with learning disabilities, ensuring person-centred care.
• Support staff to deliver safe, high-quality care and maintain compliance with regulations.
• Promote high standards of professional practice across physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.
• Drive expansion plans while safeguarding the commercial interests of the business.
