You will oversee day-to-day operations, lead the staff team, ensure CQC compliance and uphold the values of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights and fulfilment through personalised, high-quality support.

The role involves governance, budget management, staff development and service improvement, with on-call rotation and close collaboration with the Operations

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care is essential.
• Minimum 5 years' managerial/supervisory experience in care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and key legislation.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the service in line with CQC requirements and company policies.

Registered Manager Learning Disabilities Service

Location Bordon, Hampshire

Salary - £40,000 plus bonus based on service targets

Hours - Full?time | 40 hours per week (flexible depending on the needs of the service)

Are you an experienced care leader ready to take responsibility for a high quality residential service for young adults with learning disabilities? We are seeking a committed and proactive Registered Manager to lead an 8 bed home, ensuring exceptional care, strong governance, and a positive, person?centred culture.

About the Role

As Registered Manager, you will oversee the day to day running of the service, lead and develop the staff team, and ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and company policies. You will champion the values of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights and fulfilment, ensuring every service user receives personalised, high quality support.

You will also play a key role in service development, quality assurance, staff performance, and budget management, working closely with the Operations Team to maintain high standards and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the service in line with CQC requirements and company policies
• Ensure effective governance, risk management, and incident reporting

Experience/Qualifications
Essential

• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care
• Minimum 5 years experience at managerial/supervisory level in a relevant care setting
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and key legislation (MCA, H&SCA, etc.)
• Experience managing budgets and resources
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable

• NVQ Level 4 in Management
• Training in Risk Assessment, Health & Safety, or Challenging Behaviour
• Experience supporting individuals with complex or challenging needs
