Job summary

Altogether Care is seeking a Registered Manager to lead the Bath team, ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance across Bath and North Somerset. The role focuses on managing the Registered Office and Local Offices, driving person-centred support for people with learning disabilities.

You will oversee staff, ensure safe, compliant services, and lead service expansion while maintaining strong relationships with clients and families.

Qualifications

• Current or pending Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification.
• Previous management experience in learning disability services.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Sound knowledge of CQC fundamental standards.
• Full UK driving licence and car.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Commitment to person-centred, compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the Registered Office and Local Offices.
• Lead services for people with learning disabilities to ensure person-centred care.
• Support staff to deliver safe, high-quality care.
• Ensure compliance with CQC guidance and regulations.
• Promote professional practice addressing holistic client needs.
• Drive strategic growth and expansion plans while safeguarding client interests.
• Ensure care plans align with individual needs.
• Oversee community placements and live-in services.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed.
