Job summary

Pharmacyupdate in Sutton Coldfield is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a small residential care service for adults with learning disabilities. You will oversee daily operations, ensure person-centred care, and maintain CQC compliance while supporting a dedicated team.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Registered Manager within learning disability services.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and positive behaviour support.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day management of the residential service, ensuring high standards of person-centred care.
Maintain full CQC compliance, safeguarding standards and effective care planning.
Lead, motivate and develop a dedicated care team.
Manage staffing, budgets and operational performance, working closely with the Operations Director.
