Job Description:

Are you an experienced and compassionate leader looking to make a difference in care services?

We’re seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to oversee supported living operations across Cheshire, Oldham, and Stoke, supporting adults with learning disabilities.

You will need to travel to the office in Cheshire twice a week.

Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager

• Direct the day-to-day running of the service to ensure high-quality, safe care and support in accordance with CQC standards.
• Manage and support a team to deliver high-quality care services within supported living settings for adults with learning disabilities.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, and service development.

Registered Manager Requirements:

• Management experience within the Health and Social Care sector, ideally in residential services.
• Hold a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards this.
• Demonstrate knowledge of current CQC care standards to ensure the service is Safe, Caring, Effective, Responsive, and Well-led.
• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a care setting, preferably with supported living for adults with learning disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of health and social care regulations.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• Support from an experienced team.
• Paid holiday – 5.6 weeks per year.
