Job summary

Witherslack Group in the UK is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a 7-bed children’s home in Northampton, ensuring Ofsted standards are met and staff and young people feel secure and motivated.

You’ll manage day-to-day operations, oversee referrals, and drive continuous improvement with a focus on safeguarding, wellbeing, and positive outcomes for young people. Competitive salary and extensive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Experience managing an Ofsted rated Good or Outstanding children’s home
• A committed and enthusiastic leader with a passion to make a difference
• Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
• A full UK driving licence which you’ve held for at least 12 months

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day operations in the home and taking ownership of Ofsted requirements
• Lead and support staff to ensure safe, secure and motivating environments for young people
• Involved with new referrals and developing pathways for positive outcomes
• Ensure safeguarding and quality standards are consistently met
