Job summary

Witherslack Group is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 5-bed children's home in the UK. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure Ofsted compliance, and support staff and young people to feel secure and motivated.

Qualifications

• Experience managing an Ofsted Good/Outstanding children’s home.
• Leadership with passion to make a difference.
• Full UK driving licence (12+ months).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations in the home and take ownership of Ofsted requirements to secure and motivate staff and young people.
• Involve with new referrals and admissions to create pathways for positive outcomes.
• Help build a safe, secure, and nurturing home environment within the UK’s leading specialist education and care provider.
