Qualifications

• Experience managing an Ofsted rated Good or Outstanding children’s home.
• Strong leadership with a passion to make a difference.
• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations in the home and ensure OFSTED requirements are met.
• Provide safe, secure and motivating environments for staff and young people; lead referrals and admissions where appropriate.
