Job summary

Witherslack Group is seeking a Registered Manager for a seven-bedroom children's home in Leicester to lead day-to-day operations and ensure Ofsted compliance. You will support a dedicated staff team and work to create a secure, nurturing environment for young people with SEMH needs.

Qualifications

• Experience managing an Ofsted-rated Good or Outstanding children's home.
• Committed and enthusiastic leader with a passion to make a difference.
• Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations in the home and take ownership of Ofsted requirements.
• Ensure staff and young people feel secure, safe and motivated.
• Be involved with new referrals and provide a home in the UK's leading provider of specialist education and care.
