Job summary

Witherslack Group is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a children's home, ensuring Ofsted standards are met and the environment is safe and nurturing for young people with SEMH needs. You will oversee staff, referrals and daily operations, while delivering high-quality care and outcomes.

You will manage the team, support professional development and drive a high-performing, inclusive service across our homes in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience managing an Ofsted rated Good or Outstanding children's home.
• Full Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations in the home to meet Ofsted requirements.
• Lead and develop staff to ensure a secure, safe and motivating environment for young people.
• Oversee referrals and ensure positive outcomes for children and young people with SEMH needs.
