Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing an Ofsted rated Good or Outstanding children's home.
• Ability to lead and develop a team in a residential setting.

• Ensure Ofsted requirements are met and appropriate records are maintained.
• Drive staff development and ensure a safe, secure and motivating environment for young people.
