Job summary

Swanton Care & Community Ltd in Barnsley is seeking a Registered Manager to lead one residential home and multiple supported living services, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care.

You will oversee leadership across services, develop teams, maintain CQC compliance, manage budgets, and drive continuous service improvement while working with stakeholders to deliver outstanding outcomes for people we support.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience managing within a Supported Living environment.
• At least 2 years' experience supervising and managing care staff.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations, Quality Standards, and inspection processes.
• Commitment to achieving (or already holding) a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Providing effective leadership across both residential and supported living services.
• Leading, developing, and supporting high-performing teams.
• Ensuring all services are compliant with CQC regulations and quality standards.
• Promoting positive outcomes, choice, independence, and person-centred support.
• Managing budgets, resources, occupancy, and service performance effectively.
• Driving continuous improvement and maintaining excellent care standards.
• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure outstanding service delivery.
