Job summary

Swanton Care is seeking a Scheme Manager to provide practical and emotional support, empowering the team to deliver person-centred care and help people achieve their goals. You will help manage one supported living home alongside the Registered Manager, supported by team leaders and senior staff.

The role requires prior managerial experience in care, with a focus on quality, governance, budgets, recruitment and staff development.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience in a care setting is essential.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about delivering high quality, person-centred care and able to provide clear leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a supported living service alongside the Registered Manager.
• Oversee budgets, staff rotas, complaints and relationships with regulators.
• Ensure high quality documentation, care plans and monthly reviews.
• Recruit, induct, train, coach and supervise staff to maintain standards.
