Job summary

Swanton Care & Community Ltd in Wolverhampton is seeking a Registered Manager to lead and develop services across Wolverhampton, Birmingham and Stafford. You will drive quality, oversee safe, person-centred care, and ensure regulatory compliance through strong leadership of your teams.

Based in our Wolverhampton services, you will shape service delivery, manage resources, and work with senior management to deliver outstanding outcomes and continuous improvement across your portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in regulated health and social care
• Strong understanding of CQC requirements and quality standards
• Willingness to travel across Wolverhampton, Birmingham and Stafford

Responsibilities

• Be a confident and inspiring leader who motivates and develops teams
• Experience in managing and improving service performance
• Deliver outstanding outcomes for the people we support
• Demonstrate excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Hold or work towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care
• Understand safeguarding, compliance, and current social care legislation
• Be flexible to travel across Wolverhampton, Birmingham and Stafford and have a valid UK driving licence
