Job summary

Bright Futures in Widnes seeks an experienced Registered Manager to oversee its Regency home, a fully detached three-bed residence just 10 minutes from the town centre. You will lead a large care team, uphold safeguarding standards, and drive high-quality, person-centred support for adults with autism and learning disabilities.

You should have NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) and be committed to DBS checks and references.

Qualifications

• Experience as registered manager in a similar CQC regulated environment.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Passion for person-centred care.
• Enhanced DBS check required; satisfactory references
