Careermakers Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Registered Manager for a specialist Learning Disability & Autism care home in St Helens. You will lead the service, ensuring residents receive safe, person-centred care with strong senior management support.

Applicants should have prior Registered Manager experience in LD/Autism settings, an NVQ 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent, and a track record of compliant, high-quality leadership within a supportive provider.

Responsibilities as a Registered Manager:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring high-quality care delivery and compliance with CQC standards.
• Support, develop, and motivate the care team to provide outstanding person-centred support for adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
• Oversee care planning, safeguarding, audits, and continuous service improvements to achieve positive outcomes for residents.
  

Requirements as a Registered Manager:

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a Learning Disability and Autism care setting.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
