Careermakers Recruitment Ltd are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to join a small, specialist Learning Disability & Autism care home for adults based in Widnes, Cheshire.

You will lead the day-to-day operations, ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care and stay compliant with CQC standards. The role is full-time with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a Learning Disability and Autism care setting.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring high-quality care delivery and compliance with CQC standards.
• Support, develop, and motivate the care team to provide outstanding person-centred support for adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
