Job summary

JCM is seeking a Registered Manager to lead multiple branches across England, driving quality home care services for adults and children in their own homes. The role requires a strong leadership presence, DBS clearance, and a commitment to professional Standards to meet CQC expectations.

You will develop staff, expand private client contracts, and ensure compliance with health and social care regulations, with opportunities for progression and training to QCF level 5.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care or higher
• Minimum two years' management experience in health care
• Reliable, compassionate, honest and kind
• Clear DBS
